Congratulations on your new career with Final Wishes Advisors and welcome aboard. Your first step in this new journey is to complete the contracting process with all of the FWA core carriers that fit your business model – field or phone. Even though we have access to over 80 companies doesn’t mean you need nor should get contracted with that many. A good mix would be in the range of 4 to 8 carriers. Anything more than that is just excessive and causes you to start focusing on things that don’t matter versus the things that actually do matter.
Below is a list of carriers we recommend getting appointed with.
* indicates FWA core carrier.
(T) is a carrier ideal for telesales
(F) is a company ideal for field sales.
(Q) indicates contracting through Quility SureLC account and
(D) indicates contracting through DigitalBGA SureLC account. Direct Invitation indicates you will receive an invitation via email to complete the contracting process with that carrier

Agents need to “REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT” regardless if they have used Sure LC in the past. To access the Quility & Digital Sure LC accounts requires two separate registrations, one for each link. **Please Note** that when accessing the Digital Sure LC account, before you can complete the contracting process with any carrier you must first complete a Vector One request. This step must also be completed before you can receive an contracting Invitation request (via email) to appoint with CICA. Once complete, SureLC will then list all of the available carriers that you can create a contract request with.
Please use a laptop or computer when using SureLC, not a phone or Mac. Once you have completed the contracting process with the suggested carriers, you must email courtney@finalwishesadvisors.com and state that you have completed this first step in order for us to assign your commission level. Failure to do this could result in major delays getting appointed with these carriers! Be sure to list all the carriers you contracted with in your email.
It is important to know that you might receive a series of follow up emails either from the Quility contracting department, Digital BGA contracting department, or directly from the carriers themselves during the appointment process. If you receive any questions or special requests from any of these parties that could pertain to your background, debt liens, anti-money laundering, releases, etc…please respond right away! The longer you wait to respond to these emails, the longer the appointment process will take. Time is of the essence.
If you want to check the status on any carrier appointment through Digital or need assistance in any way, please email contracting@digitalbga.com.
If you want to check the status on any carrier appointment through Quility or need assistance in any way, please email contracting@quility.com
To check on the status of your AHL appointment, please email contracting@amhomelife.com.
You may also check on the status directly with the insurance carrier. The best number to call can be found in that carrier’s section of Advisor Resources located at the top of the page. The department you need to speak with is licensing and/or contracting.
Agents will need to provide AML training within the last 2 years. If not, you can complete an AML course through SureLC at no charge.
E&O will be required to contract with most carriers. We recommend going through NAPA – National Association of Professional Agents and sign up for the minimum amounts. To sign up with NAPA CLICK HERE
